When you send the form I receive your name, phone number, email if you filled it in, your description of the work, and the scope you built. I use those to call you back and to quote the work you asked about.

It is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database outside Vietnam, reachable only by me and only with a separate access token. I do not sell, trade or pass your details to any third party for marketing, and I send no marketing to the number or address you leave.

You can ask for it to be deleted at any time: message me on Zalo or email hoangvanhao99.01@gmail.com, and I delete it within seven days and confirm back to you.

I record anonymous scope choices — which package, which add-ons — to see which part of the quote page is confusing. Those records carry no name, phone number or IP address. The site sets no tracking cookies and carries no advertising tags.

The site stores exactly one choice in your browser: dark or light. It stays on your machine and is sent nowhere.

This site publishes no prices. The scope you build on the quote page is the basis for a figure specific to your project, usually within one working day. That figure becomes the price when both sides sign. If the scope changes afterwards the price changes with it, and I say so before doing the work.

Payment is half on signature and half on handover. If I hand over late through my own fault, each late day takes 10% off the remaining half. Time spent waiting on your content or your answers does not count against the schedule.

Once paid in full, the source, the content, the domain and every account belong to you. I keep the right to name the project in my portfolio unless you ask me not to, and asking is one sentence.

For seven days after handover I fix any technical fault free. Content changes and new features are not faults, and I quote for those separately.

This site exists in Vietnamese and in English. Where the two differ, the Vietnamese version governs, because the contract and the invoice are both written in Vietnamese.
