ENVI
A registered household business in Quảng Trị, Việt Nam

Four kinds of work. Every one of them has a date.

By day I build production AI for a US software company. In the evenings I take work for businesses here: websites, assistants, automation, training. No agency in between, no hidden cost, and the source and the accounts are in your name from the first day.

A bakery in Đông Hà. Seven days from the first call to a site that runs.

What I do

Four groups. Each one names something you can actually order, rather than a capability you have to interpret.

Build

Software that runs, handed over in your name.

I write software to order: sites, assistants, automations. Each one has a delivery date, and the date sits in the contract rather than in a promise.

A full website
Several pages, content you edit yourself, live on the seventh day.
7 days
An assistant on your own documents
It answers from the documents you gave it. What is not in them goes to a person, not to a guess.
2 weeks
The repeated work, automated
Zalo messages become orders. Photographed invoices become numbers. The Monday report writes itself.
5 days
Internal software, to order
Booking, class lists, stock. Whatever you currently run on a spreadsheet and three notebooks.
AI into software you already own
Model choice, a spend ceiling, a latency budget, a check for leaked data. What I do in the day job.

Teach

After one session, your team does it without me.

Taught on your team's real work, not textbook examples. Three hours, eight people at most, bring a laptop and something you are stuck on.

A session for the team
Three hours. Everyone leaves with one piece of their own work already running.
1 day
Material you can use the same day
Prompts, checklists, a written procedure — for your team's actual work, not a translated template.
One engineer, one to one
Four hours across four weeks, on your real codebase. For the person about to own the AI work alone.

Reach

The people who need you can read you.

I write about AI every day for 74,000 followers and 20,503 newsletter subscribers. This is that same work, done for your company: an agreed number of pieces, with a start date and an end date.

Company profile and careers page
A page that says what the company actually does, written for engineers rather than investors.
Technical writing
Written from what your engineers really did. Each piece carries their name on it, not the company's.
Short video from what you already wrote
An existing post becomes a vertical video. Same argument, where people actually watch.

Where it stops. Taken in blocks with an end date. I do not run ads and I do not sit on an inbox — that work has no delivery date, and a delivery date is what I sell.

Hire

A job post a good engineer reads to the end.

I am an engineer, so I know which job posts get scrolled past in two seconds. I write the post, build the hiring page, and set the technical exercise.

The hiring page
One page per role, fast on a phone, and an application that does not need an account.
4 days
The job description, rewritten
The real work, the real stack, and who they will sit next to. Every stock phrase removed.
The technical exercise, and how to mark it
A two-hour exercise drawn from the real work, with a rubric your own team marks against.

Where it stops. I do not broker labour and I do not introduce candidates. The 2025 Employment Law reserves that for licensed companies. I do the writing and the engineering; who you hire is your decision.

What a week of building looks like

This is the largest of the four, so it is written out day by day. Each day ends with something you can open, not a status line.

  1. Day 1 · Mon

    Agree the brief

One call, sixty minutes. You say what you sell and to whom. By evening you have it in writing.

  2. Day 2 · Tue

    Design

You open the real design on your own phone, not a screenshot of it. Changes happen the same day.

  3. Day 3 · Wed

    Build

The design becomes a working site. You get a link you can open and press.

  4. Day 4 · Thu

    Content

Words, photos, rates and the map land in place. What is missing, I draft and you approve.

  5. Day 5 · Fri

    Testing

An old phone, a 3G connection, a large screen. The form has to send. The speed has to hold.

  6. Day 6 · Sat

    Go live

Domain attached, certificate issued, Google told. The site is genuinely on the internet.

  7. Day 7 · Sun

    Handover

Accounts, source and the walkthrough are yours. Seven days of free fixes after that.

A day late costs me 10% of the contract. That clause is in the contract, not only on this page.

Who builds it

Hoàng Văn Hào. An AI engineer who writes about AI daily, and the only person who touches your project.

By day I am an AI engineer at a US software company: real products, real users, and a model bill somebody signs every month. That is why I can talk about cost and latency rather than only about features.

Outside those hours I write a newsletter about AI for more than twenty thousand readers, most of them engineers. Writing daily is how I check whether I actually understand the thing I just built.

There is no team, no subcontractor, and no account I hold on your behalf. One person does this work, which is why the number of projects a month is capped.

More about me

What I turn down

Saying it first is quicker, and it tells you what I am good at more precisely than any claim could.

  • Marketplaces with thousands of SKUs — Shopify and Haravan beat me on price.
  • Mobile apps on the App Store — different trade, and I hold no edge in it.
  • Running ads and sitting on an inbox — no delivery date, so I do not sell it.
  • Repairing someone else's WordPress — it cannot be quoted in advance, and quoting in advance is the product.
  • Brokering labour — a household business cannot hold that licence.

How this starts

Leave a number. I call back the same working day, ask questions for fifteen minutes, then send you a written scope and a figure. No second call, no upsell.

I use your number to call you back about this, and for nothing else. It goes to nobody.
